Circus Couture begins as a swanky cocktail party built around our art gallery displayed in the lobby of The Smith Center and evolves into a circus and fashion spectacle. This year, Circus Couture brings to life “86 Peculiar Place,” a world where humans and reatures deemed too bright, too strange, or too extraordinary for our world coexist in celebration of their oddity. To be deemed a citizen of this vibrant and dynamic universe, residents must embrace what once had them ostracized and come to perceive their rarity as beauty. At 86 Peculiar Place, the more one stands out the, more they’ll fit in.
As the cocktail party winds down guests are invited to take their seats for the main event. A short live auction will bring some of our most coveted treasures to the stage as the evening crescendos into the live spectacle. The show features circus performers from the top shows on the Las Vegas Strip, fashion models in the most outlandish designs Vegas can dream up, and a variety of talent one wouldn't dare to shake a stick at.
The show includes a live head shaving to benefit St. Baldrick's, original circus acts created for the event and our signature Circus Couture runway featuring avant garde fashions created by designers from Las Vegas shows, it is an event not to be missed.
